Terms & Conditions

  1. This promotion is open to residents of United States and Canada aged 18 years or over who create F.I.T. Travel Bound bookings during the period of January 12, 2015 through March 31, 2015 (inclusive) (the “Promotional Period”) for bookings created for any Accor hotel with the brands Pullman, Mercure or Novotel in France, Germany or The Netherlands for departures through June 30, 2015 (the “Travel Period”).
  2. Each qualifying booking must be created online (at www.BookTravelBound.com for U.S. agents or www.GoTravelBound.com for Canadian agents) and be fully paid.   
  3. Entry into this promotion is by making eligible bookings during the Promotional Period pursuant to these Terms and Conditions along with full acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. The travel agent with the highest number of room-nights booked at Mercure, Pullman and Novotel hotels in France, Germany and The Netherlands will win.
  4. Registration is required. Participating agent must register for “Accor Promotion” online at www.BookTravelBound.net/Accor using the same client code and email address with which he/she is registered to use the Travel Bound website (either BookTravelBound.com or GoTravelBound.com), and must always sign on to the website using this same email address in order for Travel Bound to associate qualifying bookings with that particular agent. Participating agent must be the original booking agent of record when booking is created.
  5. If more than one agent registers for “Accor Promotion” using the same email address, only the first registration will be considered valid. In the event that a travel agent disputes the number of room nights booked, Travel Bound reserves the right to determine the number of qualifying bookings and Travel Bound’s decision is final.
  6. Confidentiality/Privacy: Travel Bound will not use email addresses of registered agents for any purposes except for contact in the case of winning the prize.
  7. Group bookings or agent-discount travel bookings do not qualify. Group bookings means 10 people or more are booked at the same hotel for the same dates, by the same travel agency (regardless of the number of F.I.T. bookings involved). 
  8. Normal agency commission shall apply to these bookings.
  9. This promotion is not open to the general public and excludes employees of the promoter, their families, suppliers, associates or anyone professionally connected with this promotion. Entrant must be an individual.
  10. If agent moves to a different travel agency during the Promotional Period and wishes to continue to participate in this promotion, the agent must register again under the new agency, and contact their Travel Bound BDM.
  11. To validly compete and qualify for registration you must be a travel agent employed by a licensed travel agency during Promotional Period and at the time the prize will be awarded. In order to register with Travel Bound’s website you will be required to provide the requested information on the Travel Agent registration webpage. Should your registration be cancelled at any time and for any reason at Travel Bound’s sole discretion during this promotion, your registration, you and your travel agency, will be deemed ineligible for this promotion.
  12. The winner will be notified by July 31, 2015. No correspondence will be entered into. Winners will be notified via email and/or phone.
  13. No responsibility is assumed for any lost, delayed or incomplete bookings.
  14. By entering this promotion, registrants confirm their agreement to take part and allow the use of their name and details, in any non-paid associated publicity.
  15. The promoter reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise out of its control.
  16. The promoter may substitute any incentives applicable to this promotion as it, in its sole discretion, may determine.
  17. The promoter is not liable for any costs, claims, damages or loss suffered by any person as a result of entering this promotion occasioned by any failure, however caused, in the fulfillment of the terms of this promotion, except that no term in this promotion will operate to limit the liability of any party for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
  18. If the promoter, in its reasonable opinion, believes that a person or travel agency is deliberately manipulating entries into this promotion, the promoter may exclude such person or travel agency from this promotion.
  19. If any tax is levied by any applicable tax authority in respect of this promotion, such tax levied will be the responsibility of, and paid by, the registrant to the applicable tax authority.
  20. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, coupon or promotion. No cash alternative will be offered in respect of any prize offered.
  21. The prize offered pursuant to this promotion and subject to these Terms and Conditions is as follows:  4 consecutive nights at an Accor hotel in France, Germany or The Netherlands, for two people, including airfare. The travel arrangements will be made by Accor Hotels and will be at their discretion. Contest winner must provide 2-3 sets of dates and request at least 30-days prior to travel date(s). Winner has until November 30, 2016 to take the prize-winning trip. Note that the promoter reserves the right to substitute any incentives or prize/s applicable to this promotion as it, in its sole discretion may determine. Other than as set out expressly in these Terms and Conditions, qualifying registrants will be responsible for all other additional costs associated with this promotion and any incentive.
  22. Note that any pictures, images or graphics used in this promotion or its related promotional materials are not necessarily representative of any incentive offered pursuant to this promotion.
